This role requires a dedicated Baker-Outlet Cook with 2-3 years of experience in hotels or restaurants. You will focus on the production of signature cinnamon buns, sandwiches, and salads, while also supporting inventory and ordering. Passion and creativity are essential to thrive in this collaborative kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and present signature cinnamon buns and baked goods
- Prepare grab-and-go sandwiches and salads
- Assist in daily culinary department operations
- Manage inventory and assist with purchasing supplies
- Collaborate with chefs on new menu ideas
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of pastry/baking experience in hospitality
- Strong volume baking experience is required
- Familiarity with cinnamon buns and croissants is a plus
- Culinary degree or diploma considered an asset
- Good understanding of food sanitation regulations
