Lead Sun Life’s District growth through recruiting, coaching, sales development, and client-focused leadership across Wealth and Insurance. This hybrid role supports regional business priorities. As District Manager, you will lead productivity, advisor development, and the overall Client experience. You will report to the Regional Vice President while collaborating with regional partners. Your responsibilities span recruiting, business planning, performance management, compliance, and Financial Centre operations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop recruiting and sales growth plans aligned with objectives Source advisor candidates through community and referral contacts Coach advisors, BDCs, BDPs, and District leaders Monitor targets and implement revenue growth tactics Oversee Financial Centre operations and continuous improvement Requirements:
University degree and minimum five years’ progressive experience Valid life insurance agent’s license in applicable provinces Valid mutual fund license Completed Branch Manager’s Course Examination Strong financial services, sales, coaching, and compliance expertise Bring financial services leadership, recruiting expertise, and sales discipline to grow Sun Life’s District and advisor network.
