You will recommend solutions using Sun Life Financial products, competitive positioning, and complex sales strategies. The role supports new individual life and health insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Mandarin and English support for large and complex cases
- Recommend solutions for competitive insurance sales situations
- Quarterback cases from submission through business placement
- Liaise with Product, Pricing, Underwriting, New Business, and EFPS
- Travel across Canada to support Mandarin-speaking advisors
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of individual life and health insurance products
- Expert knowledge of sales concepts, strategies, and competitive information
- Understanding of Canadian insurance, regulations, and tax implications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Five-plus years working with individual insurance products
