Lead Sun Life’s pharmaceutical market access strategy and manufacturer partnerships across Montreal, Toronto, or Waterloo in a hybrid role. Shape drug plan sustainability through negotiation and innovation. As Director, PLA Program & Manufacturer Partnerships, you will report to the Assistant Vice-President, Pharmaceutical Benefits & Innovation. You will lead Product Listing Agreements, pharmaceutical partnership strategies, and initiatives supporting Group Benefits drug plan competitiveness. The role requires expertise in reimbursement, market access, and pharmacoeconomic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop drug plan management and sustainability strategies
- Oversee Product Listing Agreement development and performance
- Lead pharmaceutical manufacturer negotiations and relationships
- Translate market insights into strategic recommendations
- Coach teams and align cross-functional working groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
