Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President, Pharmaceutical Benefits & Innovation, the Director leads Sun Life’s Product Listing Agreement program. This leader develops pharmaceutical partnership strategies, assesses reimbursement evidence, and strengthens Group Benefits drug plan competitiveness. The work spans market access, public policy, and strategic relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop drug plan management and sustainability strategies
- Advance Product Listing Agreement program value and priorities
- Oversee agreement development, implementation, management, and performance
- Lead manufacturer partnerships, negotiations, and relationship management
- Translate market and policy insights into recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Seven or more years in market access or insurance
- Expert pharmaceutical reimbursement and market access knowledge
- Complex negotiation and evidence synthesis capability
- Two to three years leading cross-functional initiatives or partnerships
