This Network Operations Analyst supports data, voice, and video communications across local, field, and global wide-area networks. You will operate, maintain, and protect infrastructure while applying ITIL practices. The work includes routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, wireless networks, and remote-access VPN services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage network incidents and problems using ITIL-aligned operational practices
- Troubleshoot and escalate network infrastructure issues
- Support network changes across hardware and software technologies
- Stage configurations, firmware, shipments, and equipment inventory
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams, clients, and vendors
Requirements:
- Experience supporting network devices and TCP/IP technologies
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP
- Degree or diploma in a related technical field
- CCENT, CCT, or CCNA networking certification
- Reliability Security Clearance and ability to handle equipment
