Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, sales, investments, and partnerships Manage multifunctional due diligence across transaction lifecycles Prepare approval materials for senior leaders Build financial models for valuation and transaction analysis Research industries, markets, competitors, and comparable transactions Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant transaction experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or related field Proficiency building merger and discounted cash flow models Understanding of capital budgeting, financial statements, and valuation Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Apply corporate development, transaction analysis, financial modeling, and communication skills to Sun Life’s global growth initiatives.
