The Advisor Trainee position prepares you for an advisory career through the Advisor Development Program. You will develop business acumen while learning Sun Life products, tools, processes, and practical skills. The program also supports insurance and mutual fund licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from a local Sun Life District office
- Learn Sun Life products, tools, processes, and practical skills
- Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
- Provide holistic life, health, and wealth solutions
- Complete business development and graduation preparation activities
Requirements:
- LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
- Strong knowledge of retail insurance and investment products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic
- Enjoyment of engaging and maintaining relationships
