As Specialist, Global Digital Channels, you will optimize Sunlife.com, the intranet, and related microsites. You will partner with Marketing, Technology, Compliance, and business teams. Your work covers content workflows, digital discoverability, AI-powered experiences, and measurable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate websites, tools, content, search, and user experiences
- Coordinate content intake, publishing, updates, quality assurance, and issue resolution
- Monitor SEO/GEO across traditional and AI-powered search experiences
- Coordinate AI experience enhancements and governance alignment
- Translate website needs into requirements, stories, criteria, and plans
Requirements:
- Three to five years in digital marketing or website management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital, or related field
- Understanding of SEO/GEO, UX, accessibility, and digital optimization
- Experience with enterprise CMS, analytics, and feedback tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and stakeholder skills
