As a Brand Governance and Marketing Operations Specialist, you will uphold governance in external material reviews and assist with marketing operations. Reporting to the Director of Canadian Brand Strategy and Management, you will coordinate approvals, maintain procedures, and support sponsorship hosting programs. Success requires communication, organization, relationship management, and careful attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily external material review activities and operations
- Audit final materials against expert-requested changes
- Coordinate stakeholders and subject matter experts through approvals
- Develop procedures, guides, and process resources
- Provide quarterly performance reports and workflow recommendations
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field
- Three or more years in marketing operations or governance
- Strong organizational, project management, and detail skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to multitask independently within collaborative teams
