Service Technician - Subaru City Edmonton
Subaru City Edmonton is looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our service team. This is a great opportunity for a Journeyman Technician or 4th Year Apprentice who wants to grow their career in a busy, professional dealership environment.
As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while working with a supportive team and a respected Subaru brand. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
What You'll Do
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
- Perform routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire service, fluid services, and inspections
- Follow Subaru repair procedures and dealership service standards
- Communicate clearly with the service advisor team regarding recommended repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support a positive and productive service department environment
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification or 4th Year Apprentice status
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- A reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy service department
- Valid driver's licence
- Subaru or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
