- Present available protection products and coverage options in a professional manner
- Work with lenders to help secure financing approvals
- Review contracts and documents for accuracy
- Support customers through the final stages of the vehicle buying process
- Communicate clearly with the sales team, management, and lending partners
- Maintain a positive, organized, and customer-first approach
