Responsibilities include Facebook and Instagram campaigns, email marketing, Shopify updates, customer communications, and operational coordination. The position supports promotions, launches, and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize Meta campaigns within approved budgets
- Create and manage Klaviyo newsletters and promotions
- Design graphics for digital marketing initiatives
- Maintain Shopify products, inventory, pricing, and content
- Handle orders, customer inquiries, returns, and shipping issues
Requirements:
- Two or more years using Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Canva, and Excel
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
