Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate steel erection and installation activities
- Direct crews, including ironworkers, welders, and operators
- Review and interpret structural and shop drawings
- Plan daily work, assign crews, and manage materials
- Ensure correct installation of steel components and equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of structural steel erection experience
- Prior experience as Supervisor or Foreman preferred
- Strong knowledge of rigging and welding techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
