Support commercial real estate operations as a Property Administrator in Burnaby, using tenant service, invoicing, and Yardi expertise. This fully on-site position runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
STRIVE is recruiting for a Property Administrator supporting one tower in Burnaby's Metrotown. Reporting to the General Manager, you will interact with tenants, service providers, contractors, and staff. The role requires commercial real estate experience, customer service, accounts payable, and accounts receivable knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant, service provider, and contractor inquiries
- Track lease documents, contacts, notices, and welcome packages
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and tenant chargebacks
- Prepare property management reports and utility information
- Support rent collection, contracts, signage, and special projects
Requirements:
- Minimum one year in a similar commercial real estate role
- Familiarity with Yardi real estate software
- Accounts payable invoice processing experience
- Accounts receivable and rent collection experience
- Strong decision-making, accuracy, and attention to detail
