Strathcona Resources Ltd. seeks experienced Shift Leads/Control Room Operators to lead our Lloydminster Thermal unit plant operations, operating the DCS system to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant, optimizing production, and ensuring all processes remain within specifications. Reporting to the Chief Power Engineer.
The Shift Lead/CRO mentors and develops operators, maintains a full working knowledge of safety procedures and plant operations, and identifies opportunities.
