We're partnering with an established, globally operating organization to identify a customer-focused professional for an opportunity within its customer service and order management function.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and can balance competing priorities while ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone and email.
- Process and monitor orders using internal business systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Prepare customer quotations and communicate pricing information.
- Track shipments and provide proactive updates on order status.
- Coordinate returns, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned customer base or territory.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years of customer service or order management experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an advantage.
