Our client is seeking an experienced
IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to oversee IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and manage infrastructure across multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take ownership of security, infrastructure, and technology initiatives within a growing, multi-site organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network architecture, and security across multiple locations.
- Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response.
- Manage servers, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and critical business systems.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Lead IT personnel, vendors, budgets, and infrastructure projects.
- Establish IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and disaster recovery.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing IT operations across multiple sites.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a similar operational environment is an asset.
