Lead client accounts at Stinson Design from Downtown Toronto or home office, using strategic thinking and exceptional organization daily. Manage projects, events, budgets, and relationships across a hybrid 3/2 schedule.
As Account Manager, you will report to the Account Director and oversee assigned accounts with minimal oversight. You will serve as the primary client contact while coordinating with project managers, designers, and content consultants. Your work will support accurate execution, clear communication, and thoughtful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage account operations, project execution, budgets, timelines, and relationships
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines aligned with client needs
- Lead project briefs, kickoffs, status updates, and client meetings
- Coordinate deliverables, expectations, timelines, and budgets with internal teams
- Maintain accurate client and project information within the CRM
Requirements:
- Three to five years in account management or client services
- Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and project tools
