Manage AV technology deployments for Stingray’s enterprise clients, coordinating technical scope, project budgets, and installation readiness from Montreal. As Project Manager, you will lead complex digital signage, audio, and technology projects through completion. This high-ownership role requires entrepreneurial problem solving, strong organization, and clear bilingual communication. You will coordinate with AV Designers, field installers, hardware vendors, clients, and internal account teams while mentoring assigned Project Coordinators. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical project scope with designers, installers, and vendors Track project health, margins, milestones, timelines, and budgets Navigate complex client requirements and delivery risks Lead kickoff meetings and recurring client status calls Standardize templates, workflows, surveys, and installation reviews Requirements:
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, self-driven, and accountable mindset Three to five-plus years managing relevant technology projects Knowledge of audio-visual systems and commercial audio routing Strong organizational skills managing competing priorities PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a strong asset Bring AV expertise, deployment coordination, risk management, and bilingual communication to Stingray’s technology project portfolio.
