This full-time, permanent role requires strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial drive, and a proven track record in successfully managing residential construction projects.
You will take charge of project estimates, costing, and contract negotiations while reinforcing company processes at every step.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project delivery to ensure adherence to budget
- Develop and maintain project cost plans and schedules
- Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance
- Conduct design development and execute value engineering initiatives
- Implement quality assurance and control programs across projects
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years leading residential or commercial construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of pre-fabricated construction methodologies
- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code and safety legislation
- Valid Class G driver’s license for job site travel
