As anIndustrial Engineer, you will contribute to continuous improvement projects bydeveloping analytical tools, collaborating with various stakeholders, andapplying industry best practices. You will be responsible for recommending andimplementing projects of varying complexity aimed at reducing costs, supportingproduction, facilitating the introduction of new products, and ensuring healthand safety standards are met.
In thisrole, you will:
- Leadprocess and equipment improvement projects and facilitate Kaizen improvementworkshops;
- Maintain, develop, and enhance performance indicators to identify improvementopportunities and support the implementation of concrete actions;
- Engage production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to diagnosemanufacturing, layout, or process issues and implement effective solutions;
- Work closely with suppliers to identify, evaluate, and implement equipmentand material resource improvement solutions;
- Conduct analyses to improve manufacturing processes, including capacitystudies, process variation analysis, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), andoperational performance evaluations;
- Monitor technological and industrial trends, assess the relevance and returnon investment of new solutions, and provide investment recommendations based onROI analyses;
- Lead projects related to reliability, health and safety, and production celllayout in collaboration with various stakeholders to support the achievement ofcompany objectives.
