You will supervise member sales and service staff while supporting quality member relationships, revenue generation, growth, and members' financial health. - Meet assigned team sales goals through sales coaching
- Manage daily member sales and service operations
- Oversee branch deposit, safeguarding, security, and treasury functions

Requirements:
- Five years' related financial institution member service experience
- Two years in a Senior Member Service position
- One-year business administration or operations management certificate
- Working knowledge of banking systems and deposit products
- Supervisory, coaching, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
