This associate supports a group of Business Sales and Service Account Managers within Corporate Sales. You will help grow the corporate loan portfolio through service, product promotion, and accurate application processing. The position serves existing and potential members seeking commercial or agricultural lending products for businesses and related property. Strong business acumen, risk awareness, and software proficiency support the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process commercial loan applications on behalf of Account Managers
- Conduct credit investigations and financial analysis
- Complete required security inspections and searches
- Differentiate SCU products from competitor offerings
- Identify improvement areas and apply best practices
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma with formal business-related education
- Four to six years of related experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles is an asset
- Knowledge of lending policies and regulatory environments is an asset
- Negotiation, persuasion, and software skills
Use commercial lending, financial accounting, and risk management knowledge to support accurate decisions and member service.
