Steinbach Credit Union seeks an Associate Account Manager for its Corporate Sales team. You will assist Business Sales and Service Account Managers with commercial and agricultural lending products. The work combines relationship building, loan processing, credit investigations, financial analysis, and referrals. Your support will help acquire, maintain, and expand business and commercial or agricultural property relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Assess creditworthiness through investigations, analysis, inspections, and searches
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently
- Apply lending, risk management, security, and fraud prevention policies
- Refer qualified prospects to credit union specialists
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma and two years of business education
- Four to six years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Strong business acumen and software proficiency
- Familiarity with risk management principles
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
