Apprentice Mechanic - Element Technical Services
Element Technical Services is actively hiring for the following position:
APPRENTICE MECHANIC
*$2,000 Signing Bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventativemaintenance on Frac and Coiled Tubing equipment
- Assist in ensuringmaintenance inspections are completed within designated timelines anddocumented as per industry standard
- Learn to diagnose andrepair mechanical issues under the guidance of senior mechanics
- Complete paperworkefficiently and in a timely manner
- Record and trachequipment deficiencies
- Participate in safetymeetings and provide feedback on equipment modifications andspecifications
- Assist experiencedmechanics with field repairs as required
- Maintain a clean andorganized work area
- Follow all safetyprotocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CoiledTubing, Fracturing, and truck and trailer equipment is considered an assetfor this position, but not required
- Strong computer andcommunications skills are an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver'slicense
- Strong mechanicalaptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learnand take direction from experienced mechanics
- Grade 12 education
