As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will manage front-of-house activities within casino operations. The position combines staff supervision, scheduling, service resources, budgeting, and customer service. You will also support menus, policies, training, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff service activities, resources, budgets, and scheduling
- Supervise, mentor, recruit, train, and evaluate team members
- Contribute to menus and maintain front-of-house quality
- Promote current company policies and procedures
- Coordinate food and beverage service for special events
Requirements:
- One to two years restaurant supervision experience or equivalent
- Leadership skills directing and supervising staff
- Customer service skills exceeding guest expectations
- Required provincial gaming registration eligibility
- Food safety certification and Alberta DealUs In training, where applicable
