Lead regional project controls across Canada West from Vancouver or Winnipeg, using portfolio governance and executive communication to guide infrastructure performance. Stantec seeks a Regional Project Controls Lead to direct teams and partner with business and operational leaders. The senior manager will connect portfolio performance, resource strategy, governance, escalation, and capability development. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional Project Controls teams and coordinate priorities, capacity, and deployment
- Partner on portfolio margin, risk, DSO, resourcing, and performance initiatives
- Review R3 and PCSR reporting for trends and emerging risks
- Provide decision-oriented recommendations through financial-management forums
- Implement consistent project-controls frameworks, standards, and work processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum ten years of relevant experience
