As Digital Practice Leader, you will guide the Business Operating Unit’s digital strategy and integration. The work spans digital delivery, solution development, practice support, governance, and business optimization. You will collaborate with Stantec’s innovation office, IT, leaders, and digital practitioners to improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Energy & Resources digital strategy Assess digital initiatives, business cases, budgets, and measurable return on investment Lead governance, security, privacy, and transformation lifecycle controls Set standards and maintain digital product and solution inventories Guide training, change management, and digital capability development Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant practice area Over seven years of professional experience Strong AEC digital technology understanding Experience implementing enterprise-wide strategic digital practice projects Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity strategies Bring digital strategy, AEC technology, change leadership, and governance expertise to Stantec’s Energy & Resources practice.
