This Senior or Intermediate position supports projects focused on mining, water quality, and geochemistry. You will develop models, integrate source terms, analyze technical data, and contribute to environmental assessments and regulatory applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply GoldSim models to mine water quality challenges
- Model contaminant transport from waste rock and tailings
- Interpret water quality and geochemical data
- Guide clients, project managers, and technical staff
- Lead multidisciplinary mining water modelling teams
Requirements:
- Knowledge of PHREEQC, Minteq, MIN3P, Excel, or databases
- Understanding of Canadian and provincial water quality regulations
- Experience preparing environmental assessments and regulatory applications
- Minimum 10 years' mining-sector consulting experience
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
