As an Employee Communications Specialist, you will support companywide learning and organizational development initiatives. You will create communications plans, adapt messages across email, intranet, and video briefs, and connect employees with Stantec’s Strategic Plan and brand. This 12-month contract is anticipated to end in December 2027. Key Responsibilities:
Develop communications plans, campaign concepts, approaches, and timelines Create content for email, intranet articles, and video briefs Build relationships with leaders and internal partners Manage shifting priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy Monitor communications effectiveness and apply audience insights Requirements:
Five-plus years in a communications-related role Post-secondary communications, public relations, English, journalism, or marketing degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong prioritization, organization, and project coordination abilities Microsoft Office and web-based tools proficiency Use strategic thinking, content development, and relationship building to strengthen Stantec’s Human Resources communications across the company.
