This Senior IT Systems Specialist manages servers, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, security, and AI tooling. You will support Saltworks’ water treatment and lithium refining systems while keeping technology secure, stable, and scalable. The role requires independent technical leadership across hybrid environments. Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain servers, virtual machines, storage, clusters, containers, and networking Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra, Microsoft 365, and permissions Manage Azure, AWS, Intune, NinjaOne, and automation scripts Maintain enterprise applications, assets, backups, and hybrid environments Provide infrastructure support and deliver upgrades, migrations, and deployments Requirements:
Degree, diploma, or certificate in Information Technology or related field Six-plus years administering on-premises and cloud systems and networks Hands-on Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, Linux, firewall, and hybrid experience PowerShell or Bash automation proficiency and troubleshooting ability Experience supporting corporate IT systems for 100-plus users Apply senior systems administration, cloud, security, and automation expertise to Saltworks Technologies’ onsite Richmond infrastructure.
