This role emphasizes talent acquisition, training and development, and engagement while promoting health and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles
- Develop onboarding and training programs
- Monitor new hire progress and address gaps
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in HR or related field
- CHRP designation required, CHRL is an asset
- Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition and training
- Strong knowledge of applicable Ontario legislation
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office
