Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on HR practices, policies, procedures, and organizational matters
- Review HR processes and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Research HR topics, assess information, and develop findings
- Prepare reports, briefings, summaries, recommendations, and documentation

Requirements:
- Bilingual communication capability for the consulting assignment
- Recognized Canadian credential in HR, organizational behaviour, or related discipline
- At least 48 months of relevant professional experience
- Strong research, analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Reliability clearance and ability to work remotely
