We are seeking an organized Scrum Master to support Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work with Product Owners, development teams, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders. The work includes coordinating delivery practices, maintaining visibility, and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support Agile teams in following Scrum principles and processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
- Track commitments, dependencies, risks, impediments, and sprint progress
- Coordinate efforts to resolve obstacles affecting team productivity
Requirements:
- Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or related coordination background
- Eligible Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit
- Organized approach to Agile delivery and team coordination
- Ability to work with development, QA, and business stakeholders
- Availability for full-time remote work in Canada
