You will help define how a unified CIS ecosystem operates across clinical, business, technical, and operational capabilities. The work spans governance, service delivery, organizational responsibilities, and cross-entity collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Target Operating Model for the provincial Clinical Information Solution Build capability models, maturity requirements, dependencies, and supporting artifacts Assess current capabilities and define future-state operating-model maturity Facilitate workshops with health authorities, government, and program stakeholders Prepare business cases, recommendations, and executive governance materials Requirements:
University degree or equivalent relevant healthcare or information-systems experience 10+ years of Canadian healthcare experience in complex environments 15+ years of consulting experience in transformation or operating-model development Experience with governance, decision rights, capabilities, and service models Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills Apply healthcare transformation, capability modeling, governance, and stakeholder expertise to New Brunswick’s provincial Clinical Information Solution.
