With decades of experience, the team has worked on more than 40,000 projects across Canada and has built a highly respected reputation as a trusted advisor to their clients, transforming their environment through design and innovative furniture solutions.

About the role:

This is a true field sales opportunity and an excellent opportunity for early-stage sales professionals looking to join a stable, growing organization where success is driven by trust, consistency, and strong customer relationships—not cold calling. A dedicated business development team generates all client meetings on your behalf, ensuring you have as much face time with customers in the territory.

  • Meet with K-12 school administrators and decision-makers throughout your assigned territory across Regina and the broader Saskatchewan province (4-5 appointments per day).
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand classroom, library, and learning space requirements.
  • Present product solutions and recommend options from a comprehensive portfolio of educational furniture offerings.
  • Collaborate with the internal quoting team to develop customer proposals.
  • Present quotations, manage follow-up conversations, and close new business opportunities.
  • Partner with internal design specialists on larger or more complex projects requiring space planning or design support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Travel throughout the territory to meet clients, with occasional overnight travel required to service more remote locations.
  • Manage a mix of existing customer relationships and new business opportunities within an established territory.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a customer-facing or field-based sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Commercially minded and opportunistic—able to identify potential in every conversation and proactively drive deals toward close.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and develop trusted, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, balanced with the confidence to ask for the business.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities and manage territory performance.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage a full day of client meetings while proactively identifying new opportunities within the territory.
  • Personable, authentic, and professional; someone customers immediately feel comfortable working with.
  • MUST be based in Regina with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Base Salary $75K-$90K. Uncapped commission plan with $120K-$130K total income year 1 (Fully ramped reps earning $140K+). $800 monthly vehicle allowance + gas card.
