Key Responsibilities:
- Register patients and provide clinic reception support
- Call patients to confirm scheduled appointments
- Book diagnostic tests and doctor visits using electronic solutions
- Transcribe medical information and type correspondence
- File records and prepare patient charts
Requirements:
- Current experience with EPIC required
- Experience booking diagnostic tests using hospital electronic solutions required
- Medical terminology certificate required
- Medical transcription experience required
- Excellent oral, written, organizational, and problem-solving skills
