This full-time leader oversees billing, payments, reconciliations, revenue management, and customer-focused service. The position develops the Student Accounts team, resolves sensitive account concerns, and supports compliance, institutional revenue, and positive student experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, coach, and manage Student Accounts team performance
- Oversee billing, payments, fee assessments, collections, and reconciliations
- Authorize complex transactions, refunds, adjustments, and account corrections
- Manage holds, appeals, payment arrangements, and escalated concerns
- Improve policies, processes, systems, and student account communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
- Seven to ten years' progressive accounting or financial administration experience
- Staff leadership experience in high-volume customer-focused operations
- Knowledge of controls, reconciliations, revenue management, and receivables
- Strong judgment, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
