Your Role: Ensure the overall performance of production operations by leading teams, optimizing processes, and actively contributing to the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and profitability objectives;
- Lead, coach, and develop production management and operations teams;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, KPIs, process optimization, 5S, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, quality requirements, and production plans;
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Finance teams to optimize operational performance;
- Contribute to strategic decisions and growth initiatives across the organization.
