As a Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site operations for a major hydroelectric power plant refurbishment project. You will lead field teams and ensure successful project execution while meeting schedule, budget, HSE and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all site construction activities.
- Supervise 12-15 management and supervisory staff and 20-30 field workers.
- Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, HSE requirements and quality standards.
- Plan construction activities, establish priorities and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide hands-on leadership and ensure efficient site operations.
Conditions
- La Tuque project
- Current schedule: 5 days/week, 10 hours/day
- Approximately CAD $185/day living allowance or accommodation provided, subject to applicable arrangements.
