- Sc. in Geology, preferably a registered Professional Geoscientist
- At least one year of relevant mining experience
- Familiarity with narrow vein mining is a plus
- Experience with Leapfrog and MX Deposit is beneficial
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
