Key Responsibilities:
- Take proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of all employees
- Assess and develop training objectives in collaboration with management
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate training documentation
- Conduct hands-on training and refresher courses for mechanics
- Collaborate in safety program promotion and risk assessments
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in a mining maintenance role
- Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright certification required
- Experience with maintenance of diverse milling equipment
- Effective communication and planning skills
- Ability to thrive in both team environments and independent tasks
