Project Coordinator (Civils)
Location: Vancouver, BC
Compensation: $75,000+ based on experience
The Role
Seeking a Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, earthworks and/or underground utilities. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support project administration, cost control, documentation, procurement and field coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change orders, pricing, cost impacts and schedule updates.
- Manage RFIs, project records, meeting documentation, claims support and close-out.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, materials, suppliers and purchase orders.
- Review site paperwork, timesheets, dailies, invoices and cost coding.
- Work with field teams to resolve issues and support schedule and quality requirements.
- Support project health, safety and environmental requirements.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' relevant civil construction experience.
- Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology preferred.
- Proficiency with HCSS, Bluebeam, Agtek, Spectrum, MS Project and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization, communication and documentation skills.
- Able to work effectively with project, field, client and subcontractor teams.
