Build reliable data systems at Squarepoint using Python, Linux, observability, and automation. This role supports critical infrastructure across Data Development operations. As a Reliability Software Engineer, you will maintain data pipelines, automate operational workflows, and manage infrastructure. You will build tools for observability, regression prevention, and self-serve automation. The team also handles incident triage and active resolution. Key Responsibilities:
Build automation for operational tasks and workflows Monitor and maintain Data Development infrastructure Own deployments, user support, and incident resolution Build production pipelines for research and trading data Perform root cause analysis and remedial actions Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject Four or more years in software or reliability engineering Two or more years programming in Python Proficiency with the Linux command line Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Git, Grafana, Kibana, Consul, or cloud platforms Apply software engineering, Python, and observability skills to strengthen Squarepoint’s data reliability and operational automation.
