Springboard in Toronto is seeking a Youth Worker to provide trauma-informed support to youth in a 24/7 live-in setting within a community justice context. You will help youth access education, employment support, and life skills while maintaining safety and program integrity.
The role requires shift work across days, evenings, and weekends, with reporting to the Supervisor and collaboration with the Toronto District School Board. A Diploma in a relevant field and a valid G license are essential.
