Build Spreetail’s enterprise FP&A engine through advanced modeling and planning leadership. Work remotely through the Work Your Way approach, with quarterly Lincoln collaboration. As Head of Enterprise FP&A, you will personally build and run company-wide planning. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Data Management, you will own AOP, Long-Range Planning, and enterprise consolidation. This hands-on, player-coach role includes mentoring one direct report and connecting finance, executives, and operations. Key Responsibilities:
Own AOP, reforecasts, and Long-Range Planning cycles end to end Set planning frameworks, assumptions, milestones, and executive-ready outputs Build global consolidation, enterprise reporting, definitions, and KPI standards Design scalable planning and reporting processes and documentation Translate financial insight into decisions and stakeholder accountability Requirements:
8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning Experience running AOP and multi-year planning cycles end to end Ability to align competing priorities across functions Advanced financial modeling and consolidation improvement experience Clear communication and influence across organizational levels Lead Spreetail’s planning, consolidation, and financial modeling discipline while bringing clarity and accountability to enterprise decisions.
