Primavera scheduling and project controls define this Project Controls Officer position in Pickering, Ontario, working 100% on site. Coordinate planning, costs, schedules, and change control.
This 24-month contract supports Front-End Planning and project monitoring. You will review project scope, Work Breakdown Structures, and Basis of Estimates while developing integrated, resource-loaded schedules. The work also covers budgets, forecasts, reporting, and project baseline integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive Front-End Planning processes
- Develop and maintain integrated Primavera project schedules
- Perform weekly cost and schedule analysis
- Prepare change control documentation and updates
- Monitor contractor cost and schedule performance
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of Project Controls or Project Management experience
- Strong scheduling experience
- Advanced Excel skills considered an asset
- P6 certificate considered an asset
- ECOSYS experience considered an asset
