The Level 3 Assistant Teacher role is ideal for those pursuing a career in primary education. You'll gain valuable classroom exposure while progressing towards becoming a Primary Teacher, assuming responsibilities such as lesson delivery and classroom management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lesson delivery alongside the Primary Teacher
- Lead pre-assigned classroom activities and group work
- Provide targeted help to new and struggling students
- Maintain classroom flow during individual teacher attention
- Independently teach when the Primary Teacher is absent
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ with a Bachelor's Degree
- Successful background screening required
- Completion of FTM 1 and FTM 2
- Ability to commit to regular shifts
- Professional communication and conduct expected
