As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support recruiters across sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding tracking. You will work under recruiter guidance to maintain candidate pipelines, communicate outstanding items, and support timely candidate and new-hire experiences. The position combines administrative accuracy with clear communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen profiles against basic qualifications and share potential matches
- Coordinate screenings, interviews, confirmations, and candidate communications
- Maintain ATS records, recruitment activities, and candidate statuses
- Track onboarding checklists, documentation, and outstanding items
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or combined education and experience
- Clear written and verbal French and English communication
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Basic email, calendar, spreadsheet, and word-processing skills
- Ability to follow direction, apply feedback, and seek guidance
